If you’re working in Designer you will be working solely in the Pixel Persona with the Paint Brush Tool. Note that the Displace filter in the ‘Finishing Touches’ section will only work in Photo. If you are painting out people or complex shapes, try painting over gaps (e.g., inbetween legs and arms) as well for better consistency.
